Soho House in London seeks a Trade Manager to drive growth for Soho Home Trade across residential and commercial clients. You will lead a small team, manage day-to-day sales, and nurture relationships within the London market.

Based at our Soho Home studios, you will travel regionally, onboard new customers, and guide them from first contact through delivery and install. You’ll attend industry events and collaborate with design teams to showcase our offerings.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in trade account management or client management within design or retail.
• Strong understanding of the UK design market.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead a sales team to grow Soho Home Trade clients in London and wider EU.
• Oversee pipeline management and conversion strategy for your locale.
• Based across London Studios with 3 days/week at retail head office, plus client meetings.
• Acquire new Soho Home Trade customers and onboard to the program.
• Guide clients through quotes, orders, delivery, installation and post-sale support.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions.
• Collaborate with design teams to solve complex challenges and provide education on products.
