Job summary

Eurocell Plc is seeking a hands-on Trade Counter Assistant to work with the Branch Manager and Supervisor in day-to-day branch operations. You will drive trade counter sales, confidently communicate product knowledge to customers, and provide exceptional service to both new and existing customers.

The role covers picking, loading and delivering products using Eurocell's fleet, route planning, safe driving, and maintaining stock and branch standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing or uPVC environment is advantageous.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
• Confident IT user with experience of MS Office and industry software e.g. SAP.

Responsibilities

• Trade counter sales to achieve sales targets and communicate product knowledge confidently to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
• Picking, loading and delivering products to customers via company vehicles.
• Route planning, safe driving and keeping company vehicles clean.
• Assist with branch operations and support Branch Manager and Supervisor.
• Maintain branch standards including warehouse and stock management, front of house cleanliness and POS.
