Job summary

Eurocell plc is seeking a dedicated Trade Counter Assistant / Driver in the Sheffield area. The role involves assisting customers at the trade counter, delivering and loading products, and supporting branch operations to hit sales targets.

You will work a 44-hour week from 7am to 4:30pm (Mon–Fri) with a Saturday rota, earning a basic salary and realistic total earnings through bonuses. The position includes benefits and career progression opportunities within Eurocell.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and front-facing roles.
• Full and valid driving license required.
• Comfortable using MS Office and industry software (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Sell at trade counter and achieve sales targets.
• Communicate product knowledge clearly to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
• Assist with loading and delivering products in the company vehicles.
• Plan routes, drive safely, and keep vehicles clean.
• Support Branch Manager with timely actions.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and branch standards.
• Contribute to achieving branch sales targets and customer relationships.
