Job summary
Eurocell Group Ltd. is seeking a proactive Trade Counter Assistant / Driver to join our busy branch. You will handle trade counter sales and assist customers with product knowledge while supporting deliveries with our 3.5 tonne flatbed trucks and vans.
You will also plan routes, ensure safe driving, and help maintain branch standards, stock control, and front-of-house presentation. A full driving license is essential, and SAP/Office tools knowledge is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused approach to service and sales
- Full and valid driving license required; FLT licence is an advantage
- Confident communicator with product knowledge to customers
- Experience with MS Office and industry software (eg SAP) beneficial
Responsibilities
- Trade counter sales to achieve targets and communicate product knowledge
- Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
- Assist with loading, delivering products via 3.5 tonne trucks and vans
- Plan routes, ensure safe driving and keep company vehicle clean
- Support Branch Manager with timely actions and activities
- Maintain branch standards including stock and front-of-house areas
