Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking a proactive Trade Counter Assistant / Driver to join our site-based team in Sutton Coldfield. The role combines counter sales with active delivery duties, supporting branch operations while ensuring excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets.

Hours are 44 per week, with a 7am–4:30pm schedule on weekdays and a Saturday morning rota. Benefits include healthcare, life assurance, and staff discounts. Full driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to hit sales targets.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and communicate effectively with customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced trade counter environment.
• Ability to plan routes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Awareness of health and safety procedures in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist trade counter customers with product queries and sales.
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and upsell where possible.
• Support loading, stock checks and order picking.
• Deliver goods using company vehicles and manage route planning.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and help with delivery administration.
• Assist Branch Manager with day-to-day operations and compliance.
