Job summary

Mr Central Heating in the UK is seeking a confident Trade Counter Sales Consultant to be at the heart of the branch, building relationships with customers, driving sales, and ensuring they leave with exactly what they need.

You will serve trade and retail customers on the counter, over the phone, and online, follow up quotes, grow your customer base, support campaigns, and work with the wider team to hit sales targets as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in a plumbing & heating environment is essential.
• Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong product knowledge or the ability to pick it up quickly.
• Proactive approach with ability to spot opportunities.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable using systems and handling multiple tasks in a busy branch.
• Team player with a ‘get stuck in’ attitude.

Responsibilities
