Job summary

dormakaba in Bristol is seeking a Trade Counter Sales Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries in person, on the phone and by email. You will assist with quotes, process sales orders, and support product queries while delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role includes learning SAP, gaining product knowledge, and working as part of a close-knit team with training provided. Evening shifts optional, with a positive benefits package on offer.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service or administration roles.
Strong organisation, administration and communication skills.
IT-savvy with ability to use SAP; CRM experience advantageous but trainable.

Responsibilities

Advising and addressing customer delivery queries.
Organising returns or exchanges.
Processing payments and issuing credit notes.
Liaising with customers by phone and email.
Picking and packing orders.
Provide product queries support and sales quotations, process orders.
