Job summary

Eurocell Group Ltd is seeking a part-time Trade Counter Assistant/Driver for our site in the UK. The role is 22 hours per week with a permanent contract, Monday and Wednesday 7:00–16:30 and Friday 7:00–12:00, with Saturday rota 8:00–12:00.

Basic salary £29,080 per year pro-rata with potential total earnings up to £32,680 pro-rata. Benefits include a healthcare cash plan, life assurance (3x salary), staff discounts and high street savings, plus a company pension and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Hands-on, customer-focused approach; proactive with customers.
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and maximise margins.
• Good organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
• Confident IT user; MS Office and SAP experience.
• Full clean driving licence; FLT licence a plus.
• Experience in trade/builders' merchant environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle trade counter sales and meet sales targets.
• Communicate product knowledge confidently to customers.
• Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers.
• Assist loading/delivering products using company vehicles.
• Plan routes, drive safely and keep vehicles clean.
• Support branch manager with timely actions.
• Ensure health & safety and policy compliance.
• Maintain branch standards in stock and front-of-house.
