Job summary

Salacia Group is seeking a fast, accurate Trade Counter Sales professional to deliver first-class service to our trade customers at the Cranbrook counter. Reporting to the Trade Counter Manager, this front-line commercial role combines product knowledge, order accuracy and sharp customer handling to drive sales and protect margin.

The role focuses on efficient service for trade enquiries, accurate quotations, and maintaining a high standard of counter presentation, stock control and relationship

Salacia is looking for a fast, accurate and customer-focused Trade Counter Sales professional to deliver a first-class service to our trade customers and keep our Cranbrook counter running at pace.

Reporting to the Trade Counter Manager, this is a front-line commercial role – not just a serving role. You'll combine product knowledge, order accuracy and sharp customer handling to serve customers efficiently, process orders correctly and protect margin, all while keeping the counter well-run and well-presented.
