Skyline Roofing Centres Ltd is seeking a Counter Sales Assistant in Watford for a full-time, permanent role. You will provide friendly, efficient service, help optimise branch sales, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues to support smooth branch operations.

The role includes handling sales, advising customers, maintaining a tidy counter, processing paperwork, and collaborating with the Branch Manager to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Counter Sales Assistant

Location: Watford

Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £33,059-£34,712 p.a.

Are you customer-focused, knowledgeable and dependable, with a passion for providing great service? We are looking for a Counter Sales Assistant to provide our customers with a friendly and efficient service while helping to optimise branch sales and profit.

This is a varied customer-facing role where you will build effective relationships with customers, understand their requirements, provide advice and solutions, and ensure the correct products are supplied. You will also work closely with colleagues, suppliers and other branches and departments to help the branch operate efficiently and effectively.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7.00am 4.30pm

Friday: 7.00am 4.00pm

Alternate Saturdays: 7.00am 10.00am
