What our Branch Supervisors do:

• Lead by example, working closely with the Branch Manager
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Achieve operational standards and sales targets
• Support branch operations and team activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
• Conduct stocktakes and audits
• Maintain vehicle records and branch housekeeping

Requirements for our Branch Supervisors:

• Passion and energy for customer service and business targets
• Customer-focused, confident in serving customers
• Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
• Good organizational skills and initiative
• Proficient in MS Office and industry software (e.g., SAP)
• Valid driving license; FLT license advantageous
• Ability to cover for the Branch Manager
• Experience in stocktaking, retail, builders merchant, glazing, or uPVC environment preferred
• Comfortable working independently and in small teams
