  • Wed: 07:00 - 16:00
  • Thu: 13:00 - 22:00
  • Fri: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Sat: 08:00 - 17:00

Contract: Permanent

Shift Pattern: Varies, planned in advance

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and training team members, developing their operational and leadership skills.
  • Coaching staff to be knowledgeable about products, enhancing store branding and customer service.
  • Driving trade activity, growing sales, and maximizing profit.
  • Building manager knowledge to implement store change plans and resource activities effectively.
  • Ensuring store safety and legal trading by coaching the team on security tools.
