Job summary

Mattinson Partnership is seeking a Town Planner to join a growing multidisciplinary team in the south of England. The role covers residential, education, and commercial developments with exposure to a variety of projects.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of planning experience and be working towards RTPI chartership, with strong communication and organisational skills and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in property development.

Responsibilities

• Manage smaller planning projects from inception to completion.
• Support the delivery of medium and large-scale projects.
• Liaise with clients, local authorities and external consultants.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with wider project teams.
• Manage competing priorities and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
