Job summary

DHA Planning Ltd in Kent is seeking a Town Planner to join our busy team. You will work on a wide variety of projects across residential, education, strategic and commercial sectors in the south of England, supporting small to medium projects and liaising with clients and local authorities.

The role requires progressing RTPI chartership, at least two years’ experience, strong written and verbal communication, and excellent organisation.

Qualifications

• RTPI chartership in progress or achieved.
• Experience collaborating with clients and local authorities.
• Ability to manage small projects from inception to completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run small projects from inception to completion and support larger projects.
• Liaise with clients and local authorities to coordinate progress.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate with external consultants.
• Contribute to DHA Planning's multi-disciplinary team across residential, education, strategic and commercial schemes.
