Job summary

TAG provides high-touch, personalised travel and event management services to major clients. The Tour Assistant supports administrative and financial tasks, ensuring seamless, personalised service and coordination of tour travel logistics.

A clear path to becoming a Tour Coordinator is outlined within the role. The position emphasizes assisting with client tour requests, arranging travel basics, creating movement sheets, and contributing to cost-saving supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Travel & Tourism experience via work or education.
• Proven record of working in a service (preferably touring) environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide a support and administration service to the team in fulfilling all aspects of client tour requests.
• Create basic tour movement sheets ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
• Book basic travel arrangements with supervision as requested.
• Help design and create detailed PowerPoint presentations for artist hotels.
• Use the functions of GDS and other applicable system tools or software implemented at TAG.
• Support negotiations to get the best rates from suppliers in order to maximise savings, reduce client expenditure and increase company profitability.
