Job summary

TAG Group is seeking a Tour Specialist to fulfil bookings and logistics for our smaller tour client accounts, delivering high-quality service with a personalised approach.

You will formulate itineraries within client budgets, handle travel arrangements, create detailed hotel presentations, and support junior team members as needed.

This role offers opportunities to mentor colleagues while upholding TAG Group's standards of excellence across travel management.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in travel management.
• 3+ years travel management experience.
• GDS experience (Galileo) and MS Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil all requests for TAG’s smaller tour client accounts.
• Formulate logistical itinerary plans within client budgets and create tour movement sheets.
• Respond to queries and book travel arrangements, keeping all relevant records accurately updated.
• Design and create detailed PowerPoint presentations for artist hotels.
• Action and complete GDS and PNR tasks, and other TAG system tools.
• Assist team members with complex travel itineraries and mentor Tour Assistants and Tour Specialists.
