Job summary

TAG provides high-touch, personalised travel and event management services to major clients and executives. The Tour Assistant will support administrative and financial tasks, ensuring a seamless, tailored service for each client and coordinating tour travel logistics in line with company policies.

The role forms part of a structured development pathway, with clear progression toward becoming a Tour Coordinator, and requires basic travel arrangements, PowerPoint design, and use of GDS and office

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Travel & Tourism experience via work or education.
• Proven record of working in a service environment (preferably touring).
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide a support and administration service to the team in fulfilling all aspects of client tour requests.
• Create basic tour movement sheets ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
• Book basic travel arrangements with supervision as requested.
• Help design and create detailed PowerPoint presentations for artist hotels.
• Use the functions of GDS and other applicable system tools or software implemented at TAG.
• Support negotiations to get the best rates from suppliers in order to maximise savings, reduce client expenditure and increase company profitability.
