Based in Manchester, this hybrid Senior Travel Executive role focuses on booking and managing all corporate client travel, collaborating across teams to drive innovative ways of working and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in travel management, preferably in a corporate setting.
• GDS experience (Galileo preferred).
• Experience handling VIP, corporate, entertainment clients and/or group travel.
• Solid knowledge of airfares, ticketing, reissues and hotel bookings.

Responsibilities

• Manage client travel requirements, including VIP travel, while anticipating client preferences.
• Analyse enquiries and decide on the best options, formulating itineraries within budgets.
• Fully service VIP enquiries, bookings and ticketing with high-quality documentation.
• Ensure air, rail, hotel and ancillary reservations meet expectations.
• Report and resolve errors or client complaints with top-tier service.
• Oversee Quality Control procedures and tasks.
• Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately and efficiently.

The role of Senior Travel Executive has responsibility for booking and managing all aspects of Corporate client travel requests.

Our teams are based in Manchester and this role is a hybrid position,

You’ll team up with colleagues across the globe to drive exciting company initiatives and uncover smarter, more innovative ways of working.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage client travel requirements, including VIP client travel requirements, while anticipating and understanding individual client preferences and needs.
• Analyse all enquiries and requests received from clients and decide on the best options to offer. Formulate logistical itinerary plans to deliver practical travel solutions, ensuring that budgets and specific requirements are met.
• Fully service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation. Ensure all air, rail, hotel and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectations.
• Report, investigate and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
• Manage Quality Control (QC) procedures and tasks.
• Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately
• Negotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure. Assess all potential revenue and income streams for maximum company profitability.

• 3+ years of relevant experience within a travel management company
• GDS experience (Galileo preferred)
• Proven working knowledge and experience of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, reissues, published airfares, flight and hotel bookings
• Experience handling VIP, Corporate, entertainment clients and/or group travel
