Job summary
American Express seeks a Product Associate – Compensation, Payroll & Benefits to join the Colleague Experience Group. You will support strategy, development, and delivery of a global portfolio spanning Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Total Rewards within Oracle HCM environments.
In this role you will translate strategy into detailed requirements, maintain backlogs, and collaborate across Product Management, Technology, Finance, and HR domains.
Qualifications
- Experience gathering requirements and developing user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of compensation, payroll, benefits, HR operations, or Total Rewards processes.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Jira; strong cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy into detailed business requirements and delivery plans.
- Analyze compensation, payroll, benefits, and related processes and feedback for improvements.
- Maintain product backlogs and documentation to support prioritization and delivery.
- Support releases, integrations, and upgrades across Oracle HCM and related platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
