You will support salary, benefits and incentive programmes through analysis, implementation and ongoing review, using HR analytics to inform decisions and drive workforce planning.

• Extensive experience designing equitable compensation, benefits and reward programmes.
• Advanced HR data analytics to inform workforce decisions.
• Experience with HRIS systems and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and interpret regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver compensation, benefits and incentive programmes with market insights.
• Perform complex HR analytics for annual pay reviews and workforce planning.
• Contribute to job evaluation, recruitment, development and retention frameworks.
• Provide guidance to stakeholders and prepare management briefings.
• Coordinate HR data quality projects and monitor external consultants.
