Job summary

Harbour Energy seeks a Senior Total Rewards professional to lead compensation, benefits, and mobility initiatives for its Mexico operations. You will design competitive reward structures, ensure regulatory compliance, and align programs with business goals.

You will oversee payroll-related reward processes, PTU, expatriate shadow payrolls, and data reporting in SAP, collaborating with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, payroll, and mobility.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations and PTU requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional compensation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee alignment of reward systems with business objectives and growth.
