Job summary

Wood is seeking a Reward Lead to join our global Reward & Mobility team on a permanent basis. The role supports total reward across UK and international sites with hybrid working from UK hubs (Glasgow, Aberdeen, Reading, Staines or Stockton) and offices in Houston or the UAE, focusing on compensation, benefits and governance.

You will collaborate with HR and senior leadership to influence decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as the process and procedural expert for total reward

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Extensive experience in reward analysis and critical thinking."

Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive analysis of reward data, market trends and benchmarks.
Provides guidance to HR and management on reward matters within a total reward framework.
Maintains reward data and creates reports/dashboards for decision-making.
Leads or collaborates survey identification and participation and interprets results.
