Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Senior Leader to own and evolve our global compensation and total rewards strategy for a distributed workforce across 46+ countries. You will design competitive pay, equity programs, and benefits, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure consistency and scalability.

You will lead building robust job architectures, leveling frameworks, and governance processes to support rapid growth while maintaining internal equity and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards across multiple countries.
• Ownership of equity programs.
• Experience designing scalable compensation systems.
• Ability to design job architectures and leveling frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve global compensation philosophy and framework.
• Design and govern equity programs and long-term incentives.
