Job summary

Yum! is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst on a fixed-term basis to support UK & ROI compensation, benefits, and analytics. You will help run annual cycles, manage data, and harmonize job leveling across markets within a Global Total Rewards COE.

You’ll collaborate with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance and external partners while driving data-driven insights and regulatory readiness across Pay Transparency initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics or HR operations.
  • Experience supporting UK markets strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis.
  • HRIS systems experience is an advantage (Oracle/Workday/SAP).
  • Knowledge of Darwin Mercer benefits platform and payroll exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual compensation cycles: salary reviews, bonus administration and incentives.
  • Prepare, validate and analyze compensation datasets with governance.
  • Maintain salary structures, pay ranges and job data in HR systems.
  • Participate in market benchmarking and salary survey submissions.
  • Contribute to job leveling and harmonization across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policies.
  • Act as first contact for employee questions and support benefit inductions.

Total Rewards Analyst (18m FTC)

We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support the delivery and continuous evolution of compensation and benefits programs, with a primary focus on the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland markets.

As part of the Global Total Rewards Center of Excellence (COE), this role combines operational execution, analytics, and project exposure. You will help ensure that compensation and benefits practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with evolving regulatory requirements- including EU Pay Transparency initiatives.

This position offers a strong development opportunity for a professional seeking to deepen expertise in Total Rewards within a global organization supporting our iconic brands - Yum!, KFC, and Taco Bell.

You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance, and external partners while contributing to country, regional and global transformation initiatives shaping the future of Total Rewards.

Compensation (Primary Focus - UK & Republic of Ireland)
  • Support execution of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and incentive processes
  • Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation datasets ensuring accuracy and governance
  • Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job data within HR systems
  • Participate in market benchmarking and salary survey submissions
  • Contribute to job levelling and harmonization initiatives across markets
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and internal policies
  • Support with roles leveling
  • Support administration , coordination and invoicing of benefits programs across UK and Ireland
  • Assist with benefits cost analysis and reporting
  • Monitor alignment with local market practices and regulatory requirements
  • Primary contact for employee questions and conduct new joiner benefit inductions
Analytics & Insights
  • Develop compensation and benefits reporting and dashboards
  • Analyze rewards data to support decision-making and workforce insights
  • Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Support internal and external audits where required
Projects & Transformation
  • Contribute to Global Total Rewards transformation initiatives, including:
  • Standardization of Total Rewards practices
  • HRIS and data governance improvements
  • Process harmonization
  • Pay transparency readiness
  • Support implementation of new tools, frameworks, and operating models within the COE
Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with P&C, Payroll, and Finance, Global total rewards teams

Provide first-level guidance on compensation and benefits topics

Coordinate with external consultants and vendors

Qualification and Experience:
  • 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or HR operations
  • Experience supporting UK strongly preferred
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Darwin Mercer benefits platform, payroll exposure a plus.
  • Exposure to hourly paid compensation preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset and data literacy
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to balance operational execution with project work
  • Collaborative and proactive approach
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
  • High level of discretion with confidential information
