Job summary

Costa Coffee in the UK is seeking a Total Reward Specialist to enhance Costa's reward offering, supporting pay, benefits, recognition and governance. You’ll manage day-to-day reward processes, provide expert guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, and contribute to annual reward cycles.

Working with the Reward team, you’ll analyse market data, drive improvements to reward programmes, and help ensure our schemes stay competitive and engaging across a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a reward, benefits, HR or people-focused environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical skills, and ability to work accurately with data, processes and reporting.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with the confidence to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Costa’s total reward offering across pay, benefits, recognition, and reward governance, ensuring a great colleague experience.
• Manage day-to-day reward activities, including responding to queries, maintaining data accuracy, administering reward processes, and delivering service excellence.
• Partner with external suppliers and benefits providers, monitoring performance, improving processes, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
• Produce market insights and reward analysis using internal and external data to support informed decision-making and keep reward programmes competitive.
• Contribute to key reward projects and annual pay and bonus cycles, including communications, testing, implementation support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
