Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to support Total FM operations across residential developments in Battersea, ensuring compliance with building safety rules and O&M specifications. You’ll oversee on-site Hard, Soft and M&E services and manage contractors to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires strong health and safety knowledge, excellent communication, and a track record in statutory compliance within a Total FM environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage contractors and service delivery on site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Procure, monitor and improve contracted services on site.
• Act as a competent person in M&E specialisms for building/fire safety compliance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities within contract specifications.
• Deliver services in line with specifications and statutory obligations.
