You will ensure compliance with statutory, building safety and regulatory requirements, manage contractor performance, and provide technical guidance to Property Managers and clients.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing hard services and M&E systems.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and building safety.
• Experience managing contractors and service delivery against standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical background in engineering, building services or maintenance.

Aufgaben

• Manage hard services, M&E systems and building defects across residential developments.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, building safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee delivery of planned and reactive maintenance through contractors and partners.
• Manage contractor performance to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.
• Support management of building safety risks, inspections and compliance programmes.
• Provide technical advice to Property Managers, clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor maintenance programmes and align with SFG20 where applicable.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and value for money.
• Support procurement, contract management and review of providers.
• Participate in an on-call rota and assist with technical issues as required.
