Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of Hard FM and Estates services across a dynamic site in the UK. You will oversee safety, compliance and performance, guiding a small team to excellence.

You'll build relationships with stakeholders, drive maintenance strategies and ensure contractual and service standards are met, while championing continuous service improvement in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior Estates, Technical Services or Hard FM management role.
• Strong knowledge of building services, estates maintenance and Hard FM operations within a complex environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing operational teams, budgets and service delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Estates and Hard FM function, providing direction and support to up to four direct reports at Supervisor and Manager level.
• Ensure the successful delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities in line with contractual requirements and service specifications.
• Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to maximise asset performance, reliability and compliance across the estate.
• Monitor operational performance, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely, on time and to the required standards.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting continuous service improvement and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
