Saxton Recruitment is placing a Project Director / Senior Project Manager for a major design and build project in Toronto. The role calls for leading construction activities, budgeting, and managing subcontractors on large-scale contracts with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large scale projects (£25m+) on D&B contracts.
• Proven ability to manage programme, safety and quality on site.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with pre-construction to develop project budgets.
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project.
• Oversee project administration and daily operations.
• Monitor and control the change management process.
