Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale design and build projects (£25m+).
• Proven leadership in project directors/senior project manager roles for Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities to ensure projects are built on schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with pre-construction to develop project budgets.
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver projects.
• Oversee project administration and daily operations.
• Monitor change management processes.
