Company Description

TOPSHOP and TOPMAN are iconic British fashion brands with 60 years of heritage. Headquartered in London, the brands have over 2 million customers globally through the ASOS platform, generating approximately £200m in brand sales. Our mission is to unlock the best of fashion for everyone, with creativity and innovation at our core.

Following the formation of a joint venture between ASOS and HEARTLAND in October 2024, ASOS is creating a standalone, cross-functional team dedicated to unlocking the growth potential of TOPSHOP and TOPMAN. The brands will benefit from ASOS infrastructure and resources while maintaining creative freedom and agility.

Over the next 12 months, TOPSHOP and TOPMAN will expand their offline and online retail presence, including launching Topshop.com and establishing new wholesale partnerships.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining the Critical Path and communicating with suppliers to ensure key dates in the trading calendar are met and product runs on time.
  • Managing and tracking a high volume of samples through fit sessions, development, shoots, and sign-off meetings.
  • Raising purchase orders accurately in line with supplier and brand deadlines, managing these throughout the product lifecycle to keep the range plan up to date.
  • Collaborating closely with Merchandising, Design, Production, Technical, Marketing, and your Brands/Suppliers daily.
  • Providing efficient administrative support to ensure smooth operations and that reports and files are maintained accurately.
  • Supporting the Buying team with product development focused on customer needs, aligning with business strategy, and emphasizing commercialism, costing, and innovation.
  • Conducting regular competitor shop analyses to identify opportunities and presenting ideas to the team.
  • Attending relevant system and soft skills training to support personal development.

  • Understands 20-something culture and the TOPSHOP/TOPMAN customer, and can identify relevant trends.
  • Has excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in pricing, shipment dates, and product attributes.
  • Can build strong professional relationships.
  • Is confident using MS Office and eager to learn new systems.
