Lucion Survey in Coventry is seeking a Topographical Land Surveyor to support projects on site, delivering accurate surveys, setting-out, and site engineering work with reliability.

You will work with GPS/GNSS and total stations, producing clear outputs for construction teams while upholding safety, quality and attention to detail on every task.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Topographical Land Surveyor or Site Engineer with strong surveying skills.
• Confident using GPS/GNSS and total station equipment.
• Solid understanding of setting-out and construction tolerances.
• A sharp eye for detail and the confidence to flag issues early.
• Full UK driving licence and CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out topographical surveys and site engineering / setting-out works
• Using total stations, GNSS, and associated survey equipment
• Providing accurate control, levels, and site data to construction teams
• Producing clear survey outputs and as-built information
• Working closely with site managers, contractors, and project teams
• Keeping safety, quality, and accuracy front and centre at all times
