Job summary

Lucion Survey in Coventry is seeking a Topographical Land Surveyor to deliver accurate surveys, setting-out and site engineering works on projects around Coventry. You will provide precise control, levels and site data to construction teams while maintaining safety and quality throughout.

You will operate GPS/GNSS and total station equipment, produce clear outputs, and collaborate with site managers and contractors to ensure first-time right results.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Topographical Land Surveyor or Site Engineer with strong surveying skills.
• Confidence using GPS/GNSS and total station equipment.
• Solid understanding of setting-out and construction tolerances.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to flag issues early.
• Full UK driving licence and CSCS card.

• Carrying out topographical surveys and setting-out works.
