Job summary

Vision Survey is seeking a Land & Engineering Surveyor to join our team in Milton Keynes / Northampton area. The role combines land and engineering surveying across Central England, Midlands, Heathrow and related projects, requiring independent site work and adaptability to evolving project needs.

The candidate should be skilled in topographical and engineering surveys, with experience operating modern surveying tools and software, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in land surveying and engineering surveying including setting out works and topographical surveys.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles and geospatial data.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and N4CE.
• Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.

Responsibilities

• Undertake topographical, measured building and boundary surveys.
• Carry out engineering setting out, monitoring and as-built surveys on construction projects.
• Operate Leica total stations, GNSS, digital levels and laser scanning technology.
• Ensure works are delivered accurately, safely and to project requirements.
• Process and manage survey data using AutoCAD and N4CE.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure efficient delivery.
