Job summary

Vision Survey, part of the Celnor Group, is looking for a skilled Land & Engineering Surveyor to join our Midlands team in Stafford, with responsibilities across Central England including Milton Keynes / Northampton and Heathrow as required.

You will deliver topographical and engineering surveys on varied infrastructure projects, operate Leica total stations, GNSS and CAD software, and work independently on site while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in both land surveying and engineering surveying, including setting out works and topographical surveys.

Responsibilities

• Undertake topographical, measured building and boundary surveys
• Carry out engineering setting out, monitoring and as-built surveys on construction and infrastructure projects
• Operate Leica total stations, GNSS equipment, digital levels and laser scanning technology
• Ensure works are delivered accurately, safely and in accordance with project requirements
• Process and manage survey data using AutoCAD and N4CE
• Interpret survey and engineering data to produce accurate drawings and deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers and site teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Maintain survey records, quality assurance procedures and digital workflows
• Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are upheld across all site activities
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Support technical problem solving and provide practical survey solutions on site
• Represent Vision Survey professionally at all times
