Job summary

Lucion Survey is seeking a Utility Surveyor in Coventry (or Preston) to deliver PAS 128 utility surveys on diverse projects. You’ll turn field data into precise outputs, work with clients and project teams, and uphold safety and quality standards. A passion for accurate surveying and mentoring others is valued.

Applicants should have solid utility surveying experience, PAS 128 proficiency, and hands-on experience with GPR/EML equipment. A UK driving licence is essential; CSCS is a bonus.

Responsibilities

That’s the standard at Lucion Survey — and we’re looking for a Utility Surveyor who takes real pride in getting it right first time.You’ll be working on a mix of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, using the latest kit, backed by a team who actually understand what good surveying looks like (and why it matters).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out PAS 128 utility surveys using GPR, EML, and other clever bits of kit
• Turning site data into clear, accurate survey outputs
• Working alongside clients, project managers, and site teams (no silos here)
• Keeping safety, quality, and accuracy front and centre — always
• Helping less experienced surveyors learn the ropes

What We’re Hoping You’ll Bring

• Solid experience as a Utility Surveyor
• A proper understanding of PAS 128 (not just the buzzwords)
