Job summary

NatWest Group is seeking an Associate in its Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) Sector Coverage team in the UK. You will support specialists by building and maintaining business with customers, providing analytical insights into sector needs, and delivering suitable solutions to meet those requirements.

You’ll help present the bank as a leading partner through cross-functional collaboration, risk-aware decision making, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing, preparing, or managing financial and legal documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of documentation standards and governance requirements.
• Experience from the financial services sector with understanding of industry products, processes and regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to corporate banking and finance environments with knowledge of lending, transaction banking, treasury, or broader corporate banking activities.

Responsibilities

• Support specialists in building and maintaining business with customers and presenting the bank as the leading partner.
• Provide analytical capability to understand customer and sector requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Support colleagues in commercial strategy and internal stakeholder management.
• Develop understanding of strategy, product definition and transaction execution to shape capability.
