You will conduct sector research, build valuation models, and coordinate cross‑border teams to deliver complex transactions. The position emphasizes collaboration, client contact and professional development within a global network.

Qualifications

• Broking and Corporate Finance experience in advisory and capital markets within TMT or Consumer coverage.
• Proven execution skills in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM.
• Strong analytical approach and problem solving.
• High initiative, proactivity and drive.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support coverage efforts for key Consumer or TMT accounts.
• Coordinate and assist origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM.
• Conduct sector and company research, valuation and financial modelling.
• Communicate with clients, advisers and senior bankers on transactions.
• Guide production of client materials and assist on opportunities for Consumer or TMT sectors.
• Mentor and develop team members.
