TMC Recruitment Account Manager – Remote

C&M Travel Recruitment is a specialist Travel Industry Recruitment Consultancy with over 27 years of experience. We recruit across all disciplines including Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Technology, with a focus on the Travel Industry. Our clients range from major industry players to smaller specialists such as Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Corporate Travel Management Companies, Airlines, Cruises, and Car Hire services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: prospecting clients, negotiating terms, attending client visits, creating and posting job adverts, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and coordinating interviews.
• Expand our presence in the TMC sector, leveraging your contacts and understanding of various roles within this sector.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the TMC sector or selling into it, preferably from a sales or commercial background, with a network of senior contacts.
• Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven success in winning new business in a B2B environment.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, willing to go the extra mile.
