TMC Recruitment Account Manager – Remote

We recruit across all disciplines including Sales, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Technology, with a focus on the Travel Industry. Our clients range from major industry players to smaller niche operators such as Tour Operators, Travel Agents, Corporate Travel Management Companies, Airlines, Cruise Lines, and Car Hire services.

Responsibilities of the TMC Recruitment Account Manager:

Join a professional, dynamic, and friendly team in a comprehensive 360-degree role. You will manage every recruitment stage: prospecting new clients, negotiating terms, visiting clients, creating and posting job ads, proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate interviews.

We already have a strong presence in the TMC sector and seek to expand this at a senior level. The ideal candidate will have contacts and understanding of various roles within this sector, enjoy developing new business, and be comfortable with prospecting and client engagement.

Requirements for the TMC Recruitment Account Manager:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the TMC sector or with a supplier selling into it, preferably from a sales or commercial background, with senior contacts.
• Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven success in winning new business in a B2B environment.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to go the extra mile to succeed.

Package and Location:
