Job summary

The University of Manchester is seeking a motivated TLSE Administrator to join the Curriculum & Programmes Team in the School of Medical Sciences. You will support teaching, learning and student experience, working flexibly both independently and as part of a collaborative team across organisational boundaries.

You will be the point of contact for teaching staff, manage records in line with data protection rules, help plan and run events and service formal committee meetings, and assist with

• Experience with teaching and learning or student administrative policies.
• Experience working in a large team with flexibility.
• Excellent communication, able to provide information, advice and guidance while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer Teaching, Learning and Student Experience activities for the assigned team.
• Supervise and coordinate the team, acting as a reference point.
• Maintain and update system records with data protection compliance and provide reports.
• Assist with planning, organising and delivering events; service meetings and groups.
• Support curriculum and programme activities, including QA, updating unit spec data, recording student changes, preparing materials for reviews, course unit selection, and student registrations.
