Roche Products Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to cover the South West NHS networks, including Devon, Somerset, Bristol, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.

You will promote the Tissue Diagnostics portfolio and engage clinical, procurement and finance stakeholders to drive adoption. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will lead account strategy, manage complex procurements, and develop innovative strategies to grow Roche sites while preserving strong customer

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within healthcare/life sciences.
• Knowledge of laboratory workflows and Roche Tissue Diagnostics portfolio preferred.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build strong relationships.
• Familiarity with NHS procurement and pathology workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead account sales strategy for Tissue Diagnostics in the South West UK region.
• Coordinate tissue diagnostics responses within complex procurements.
• Engage with senior management and key stakeholders across cancer pathways.
• Identify NHS market developments and adapt strategies to maximise opportunities.
• Convert strategy into actionable implementation with credible selling.
• Utilise digital sales engagement tools to drive commercial outcomes.
