Job summary

Holcim UK is seeking an experienced HGV Tipper Driver to join a dedicated team. You will deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt across the region, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

We offer training to support transitions between shifts, with options for night or day work from Newbold, and a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and career progression within a respected industry leader.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Category C licence.
• Good knowledge of local area geography.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt.
• Maintain vehicle condition and safety standards.

The Opportunity

Looking to take your HGV driving career to the next level? Whether you’re an experienced Tipper Driver or new to the field, we’ll fully support your development and help you transition from HGV to Tipper driving with full training provided!

We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and safety-focussed HGV Tipper Driver to work on a dedicated night shift OR dedicated day shift to join our team, regionally based, you’ll be delivering across the region based out of Newbold

You’ll be responsible for delivering primary and recycled aggregates and asphalt while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care.

Who you are

• You’ll be a safe driver, with a valid Category C licence.

• You’ll have good geographical knowledge of the local area.

• You’ll have an excellent awareness of safety and input this into your driving ability.

• You’ll have excellent communication skills, able to speak with colleagues and customers confidently.
