Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 2-3 month contract on a new build housing project in Widnes. The role focuses on timber frame construction, NHBC standards, and strict adherence to programme and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate has proven site management experience in residential developments, timber frame expertise, and solid health and safety knowledge. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within new build housing
• Timber frame experience is essential
• Proven experience working to NHBC standards
• Strong understanding of new build residential construction and quality requirements
• Experience working on large-scale residential developments
• Valid CSCS/ SMSTS/ First Aid qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, programme, and quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to maintain progress
