Fawkes & Reece are recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support a large timber frame residential development in Warrington. You will help the site management team deliver safe, efficient progress in line with the programme and health and safety requirements.

Timber frame housing experience is crucial; the role requires overseeing multiple plots, ensuring installation per drawings and manufacturer specs, and maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• SSSTS qualification preferred.
• First Aid is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day running of the development across multiple plots.
• Oversee timber frame installation to drawings and manufacturer requirements.
• Carry out regular site inspections ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Support snagging and handover, maintaining high workmanship and site presentation.
