• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates required.
• Experience on newly-built housing projects, timber frame desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades and subcontractors on a new-build residential site.
• Monitor progress and quality to ensure standards are met.
• Work closely with the Site Manager and project team for safe, efficient delivery.
