Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager within new-build housing.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction.
• Timber-frame experience is highly desirable.
• Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trades and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.
• Monitor progress and quality to ensure works meet required standards.
• Support the Site Manager in delivering on-time, safe, high-specification works.
