Fawkes & Reece in Wrexham is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a residential timber frame development. You will lead site operations, manage subcontractors, and protect programme progress while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strict adherence to health and safety, and close collaboration with the wider construction team to deliver a high-quality finished home on time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing timber frame housebuilding developments.
• Experience in site management within residential housebuilding with references.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Thorough understanding of construction programmes, quality control and health and safety.

Responsabilités

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.
• Overseeing the construction of timber frame homes from build stages through to completion.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed and maintained across site.
• Monitoring build progress and driving the programme forward.
• Carrying out regular quality inspections and managing snagging and defects.
• Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring compliance with building regulations and company procedures.
• Working closely with the wider construction team to ensure targets are achieved.
• Taking ownership of site standards, quality control and overall delivery.
