Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive timber/wood sector sales across the North West England, covering Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside. You will manage an established portfolio of about 60 accounts from day one and target new business opportunities.

The role offers £38,000–£42,000 base salary plus a company car or £500 monthly car allowance and a bonus, with scope to grow revenue through strong relationships with timber merchants and customers across

Qualifications

• Experience in timber or wood sector.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across North West region.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~60 existing accounts from day one.
• Identify and win new business opportunities across the North West.
• Build relationships with timber merchants and importers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and develop long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand market share.
• Plan customer visits and prioritise sales opportunities.
