Qualifications

• Experience selling or delivering timber engineering software or related solutions.
• Ability to map customer workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong presentation and demo skills to showcase software capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead software opportunities from discovery through to sale, implementation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, software consultants and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
• Demonstrate software solutions and manage proposals, negotiations and renewals.
• Support onboarding and ensure customer success post-implementation.
• Build and manage relationships across UK clients and end users.
